The terms governing use of this website and the basis on which Monklit LLC engages with clients.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern website use only; software engagements are governed exclusively by separately executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Services
Monklit LLC designs, engineers, and operates custom software platforms, automation systems, and data infrastructure for business clients. Descriptions on this website are informational; no binding offer is made through this site. All engagements require a signed agreement specifying scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — design, text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Monklit LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Client deliverable IP is assigned per the terms of each engagement agreement; by default, clients own 100% of custom code produced for them upon full payment.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this site without written authorization, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service to other users, or use automated tools to harvest contact information. Security research disclosures are welcome via security@monklit.com.
5. No Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Performance figures and statistics shown are illustrative of systems we have built and operated; they are not guarantees of future results for any prospective engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monklit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Aggregate liability related to site use is limited to $1,000 USD.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
